At Neatcar, we’re committed to delivering a smooth experience and ensuring your complete satisfaction. We proudly offer shipping services across Canada and the United States, and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please allow for extra time during holidays or periods of high order volume. We also offer same-day dispatch whenever possible.

 

1. Shipping Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

2. Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on orders of:

  • $125+ CAD (before taxes) in Canada

  • $155+ CAD (before taxes) in the USA

For orders under these thresholds, a flat-rate shipping fee applies:

  • $12.50 CAD for Canada

  • $15.00 CAD for the USA

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

 

3. Minimum Order Policy

We accept orders with a minimum subtotal of $50 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
Orders below this amount could not be processed or shipped. The order could be cancelled and refund.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Canada and the USA only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

 

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If you realize you've made an error, contact us immediately at support@neatcar.com. While we try to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

 

6. Undeliverable Orders

Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to a restocking fee.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Neatcar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier or authorities for further assistance.

 

8. Return Requests

Returns are not accepted. All sales are finale.

 

9. Out-of-Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we may wait until all items are available before shipping your order. You will be notified in case of extended delays.

 

10. Import Duties and Taxes

For shipments to the USA, any applicable import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
